Our Story

Model Computer Technology, LLC was established in 2005 with a mission to provide affordable consulting and staffing solutions to small and medium enterprises for testing their applications. Over the years, Model Computer Technology has broadened its expertise, integrating a wide range of specialties into its consulting services and launching career consultancy programs to bridge the gap between employers and job seekers. This initiative has reinforced the realization that rapidly evolving technical skill demands can be effectively addressed by upskilling potential IT professionals through practical and comprehensive training programs.

Alongside its employment agency, consulting, and staffing services, Skill Development & Technology Center Ltd introduced in-house training for its consultants and new hires. This training focuses on advanced tools and methodologies in areas such as software testing, business analysis, project management, database administration, and network administration—ensuring they are equipped with the latest skills directly applicable to the workplace. The outcome of these initiatives has been significant, resulting in improved performance and productivity across various professional roles, including testers, QA analysts, business analysts, project managers, and administrators.

Building on its success in the USA, Canada, and India, Skill Development & Technology Center Ltd began its journey in Bangladesh in 2014, launching 60+ courses at its Dhaka campus. Today, Model Computer Technology Bangladesh plays a vital role in youth skill development, enabling mid-level job placements and freelancing opportunities. Recognized as the leading professional skill development institute in Bangladesh and a global leader in IT training and job placement, the organization continues to transform lives and empower the workforce of tomorrow.
